Ad verification NEW
Did every scheduled spot go on air?
Ad verification compares your advertising logs with the recording of your output. For every scheduled spot, you know whether it aired, when, and whether it aired in full.
The check relies on audio recognition, from the audio file of each spot. It withstands compression and on-air processing.
Checked break by break
As soon as an ad break is over, CloudREC.io looks for every scheduled spot in it. For the break: detected start and end, inside or outside the window. For every spot: status, detected time, gap, aired duration, speed and score.
- Four clear answers: aired, aired truncated, aired off-break, not aired.
- A spot cut before its end is flagged as truncated, with the duration actually aired.
- A spot aired outside its break is found and attached to the nearest scheduled break.
- One click opens the player at the exact moment it aired.
Follow a spot over a period
Pick a period: every spot shows how many times it was scheduled, aired, truncated, aired off-break and not aired, with its airing rate.
- Search by spot number or name.
- The detail of every airing, date by date.
- CSV export of the day, the period or a single spot.
Nothing to key in: logs arrive by themselves
CloudREC.io fetches your advertising logs and the audio of the spots from your file server at regular intervals. There is nothing to upload by hand.
- FTP, FTPS and SFTP servers.
- Logs in RCS format (flat files).
- A revised log only triggers a new check for the lines that changed.
- A spot with no reference audio is checked again as soon as its audio arrives.
-
The morning report
Every day, the report for the previous day is sent by email: airing rate, anomalies, detail per spot. You can choose to receive it only on days with anomalies.
-
Even when playout speeds up
Spots slightly sped up or slowed down by the broadcast chain are recognised, and the measured speed is shown.
-
An option, station by station
Ad verification is enabled for each of your stations. Our team sets it up with you: file server, log format, recipients of the report.
