What we collect

This website only collects personal data through its forms: the demo request (name, company, email address, phone number, message) and the newsletter subscription (email address).

Why

This data is only used to answer your request and, if you chose so, to send you our newsletter. It is neither sold nor shared.

For how long

It is kept for a maximum of three years after our last exchange.

Newsletter

The subscription only takes effect once you confirm it through the link sent by email. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link that works in one click. Our newsletters contain no tracking of opens or clicks.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookie and uses no analytics tool. Forms are protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a technical cookie and process your IP address during the check.

Where data is processed

Requests and subscriptions are processed by Syslien, the publisher of CloudREC.io, on its own tools.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. To exercise it, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
